Harvest

Harvest Restaurant is a beautiful 9 min drive east of Springfield and situated within the Sunshine Valley Farm apple orchard. Produce for the seasonal weekend menu comes from Ozarks local farms, including the farm that was started in 1932 by Tamara's grandparents, Paul and Gladys Pursley. Since 2012, Tamara and Craig have been the 3rd generation to care for the family farm. Chef Craig von Foerster has spent his entire 30+ year career crafting menus that are driven by the seasons, flavor and experience.
