Hingham Maritime Center

Hingham Maritime Center was originally the Lincoln Sailing Club, which was formed in 1970 and officially established in 1971 by a group of avid sailors who wanted to teach the youth of Hingham to sail. This group saw a need for affordable access to both the sport of sailing and the harbor and thus one of the Massachusetts’s first community boating organizations was formed. Rowing was added in 2002 and has enjoyed great popularity.
