Hot and Soul Yoga Center

Hot + Soul Yoga Center is your OM on the island! we are Coronados' only hot yoga + pilates studio, offering close to 30 classes a week. Expect to sweat heavily in our 90 minute or 60 minute Bikram classes (both heated to 105°); get toned in our Inferno Hot Pilates classes + flow in our vinyasa yoga classes (both heated to 95°); or find relaxation in our yin yoga classes (not heated!) No matter your experience or age, we've got a class for you!
