We take a special brand of garbonzo beans, rehydrate, slow cook, and slow blend with tahini, spices, herbs, olive oil, lemon and garlic to make a creamy and smooth hummus. We then add fresh herbs and ingredients (such as homemade pesto) to make some wonderful flavor combinations. But it does not stop there, we have some of the best kabobs in the area. We take quality meats from a local provider and marinated them for days so that the flavor is saturated into the meats. Our menu is full of flavors from Turkey, Lebanon and Moroco.
