We opened in November 2003 because I felt there were to few choices for sushi and hibachi family style restaurants in the valley and my desire to bring high quality sushi to the area and be apart of the local comunity. Today we still serve the same quality and enjoy celebrating many birthdays and anniversarys through the years.
