Ms. Cunningham started her Martial Arts career over 18 years ago. It all started as a way to get in shape and fill the void that was left after college sports ended. She showed early on that she was naturally inclined for the Arts, but also that she had the ability to teach and share with others. Ms. Cunningham is committed to helping each student reach their full potential, both mentally and physically, during their journey to Black Belt.
