Intelligent Fitness was formally incorporated in 2001 and focuses its services on private training, sports injury prevention, rehabilitation, counseling, and nutritional guidance, and Group Personal Training. As the company developed, it evolved to become Long Island's first fitness boutique in 2009, In January of 2012, the company moved its headquarters to East Northport and doubled the size of the physical facility. Since 2010, Intelligent Fitness is recognized each year as a "Best Gym of Long Island," its owners are named, the "Best Trainers of Long Island each year since 2016," one of the owners is regarded as Long Island's Best Lifecoach since 2017, and the facility itself is widely revered and highly regarded throughout the web for its quality services and personnel. The company constantly updates, evolves, and modifies its delivery systems of instruction to accommodate a diverse clientele, but never deviates from its guiding principles and mission statements.
