All popular Caribbean Dance Styles out of the West Indies that's associated with carnivals and street festivities: Soca (trini bachannal, jab jab, crop over), Punta, Dancehall Reggae, Zouk, Chutney, Junkanoo, Island Groove™ was introduced to the fitness world in 1997 and since then has been taught at various major fitness clubs and dance studios in Los Angeles, California.
