ITAMAE is a Peruvian-influenced Sushi counter from Chef Fernando "Papa" Chang. Papa's menu of signature sushi rolls, rice bowls and small plates is the result of his 20+ years of experience rising through the Miami sushi scene coming together with his Peruvian upbringing and heritage to deliver an experience that already has the people of Miami buzzing.
