We are a martial Arts school that teaches the Korean style arts of Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Koryo Gumdo (sword). We use the martial arts as a vessel to develop ones Body, Mind & Soul, building character and successes in ones life. Using physical education, self defense, and sport martial arts we teach and develop goal setting, and problem solving skills and encourage our students to take the methodology from the classroom and apply it to their daily experience, for more posivtive and rewarding life.
