We are a second-generation, family-owned and -operated service company. In 1946, Sam W. James started serving customers in the Pasadena area. The community was small in those days and the average service call was $4.50. Although the area has grown and prices have increased, our customers still receive the personal attention and quality customer service that they have come to expect. After his retirement in 1992, the business has continued to uphold the high standards of quality customer service and integrity under the direction of his son and daughter, Sam Dwayne James and Linda James Williams.
