JDC Roofing was founded in 2003 by Jim Dalton, whose experience as a Roofing Contractor began in 1992 with The Bonitz Co. of Carolina. We hold a North Carolina Unlimited License #74753 in General Construction. We specialize in Slate, Tile and Copper. We have completed many notable installations in the The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, Biltmore Forest, Biltmore Estate, Linville Ridge, Lake Norman, Mountain Aire and Lake Toxaway as well as many monumental residences throughout the region. We excel in Historic Restoration, having recently completed the exterior restoration as General Contractor for the 120 year old All Souls Cathedral in Biltmore Village. We have been involved in the restoration of other important historic building with significant water intrusion issues and storm damage. We have long term relationships with Ludowici Clay Tile for whom we are a "Crown Contractor, Greenstone Slate, The Vermont Slate Company and our local suppliers. Our relationships with Architects and customers have translated into our reputation for Quality and Service making us Roofing Contractor of choice in the most demanding environments.
