Hello, my name is Jennifer Allred. I am a licensed massage therapist from the Pacific Northwest. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have been practicing massage for six years in Vancouver, WA. I enjoy helping my clients with relief from pain and stress. The modalities I use are:* Swedish Massage * Deep Tissue Massage* Prenatal Massage* Raindrop Therapy* Hot Stone Massage* Trigger Point I like to incorporate stretching, as well as PNF (Proprioceptor Neuromuscular Facilitation) and Neck unwinding to relieve neck tension. I am a distributor of Young Living oils as well which are very helpful in aiding in pain and stress relief.
