My goal is to empower people to embrace their best, most authentic life using a holistic approach to healing mind, body and spirit. I offer holistic psychotherapy, energy healing (Reiki, Healing Touch, Emei Qigong, Ama-Deus), yoga and meditation, intuitive readings, women's circles, small group classes, and community events. Please note: I am licensed by the state of California to provide individual psychotherapy. It is not common or ethical practice to seek testimonials from psychotherapy clients (NASW Code of Ethics 4.07) due to the nature of the therapeutic relationship and for confidentiality reasons. If you are a current psychotherapy client and would like to discuss something about me or your treatment, I highly recommend that you bring it up in the therapy session. It is a large part of the therapeutic process to be open and honest with one another.
