Jimmy's Serious Sandwiches

In 1984, back when I had hair, I had two successful restaurants under my belt: Out to Lunch (where "The Garden", winner of the National Sandwich Contest was created) and Blue Plate Special. I was ready for a new challenge and envisioned a restaurant concept that would offer high quality food in a fast food format, now referred to as fast casual. I wanted a place where I could serve N.Y. Strips Steak , marinated chicken, chili-rubbed salmon, my award winning Garden sandwich along with homemade soups and wonderful desserts made from scratch.
