Journey to OM

I'm a LPC who specializes in counseling and yoga instruction for those who are seeking healing and awakening of their mind, body, and soul. By providing a safe space to process life's difficulties we will cultivate a new understanding of the human experience while healing and integrating its hardships. I find when we are dealt difficult hands in life it opens a door for us to dive deeper into our human experience and its rawness . My purpose is to help others rise from the ashes into a stronger version of themselves while providing them with tools to navigate life's twists and turns such as yoga, breath work, mindfulness, relationship with the body, mind, and soul.
