JSM Coaching

​Jeanette Shelow-MacDougall is an Elite Amateur Triathlete, competing in World Championship events around the globe.  She has been participating in the sport of triathlon for over 12 years.  She is a USAT All-American for the last 7 years finishing in the top 5 percent of the nation.  Jeanette has raced in such evants as:  Los Angeles Tri, New York City Tri, Philadelphia Tri, Chicago Tri, St Anthony's, Malibu Tri and the complete Toyota Cup Series.  Currently, Jeanette is the Head Development Coach of the Rose Buds Program at  the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena, CA.
