K Star BBQ is a food trailer serving up traditional slow cooked barbeque using local meat, cooked with wood, slowly, over a low temperature until tender and juicy. Our Brisket is so tender and flavorful that you really don't need a sauce for flavor. Our sauces are packed full of flavor and some spice.
