Keegan's Jewelers, the area's oldest jewelry store, was established in Norwood in 1951 by George Keegan. The store had no sign on the building, it was just simply known by word of mouth. If you needed service on a watch or a good deal on an engagement ring, you were told to go see "George the Jeweler"
