Kodokai specializes in authentic martial arts focused on practical self defense. We also provide instruction in Japanese sword, staff and other weapons. We feature the art of Palace Hand and training includes strikes, joint locks, ground skills, throws, defense against weapons and defense against multiple attackers. We provide freindly patient instruction in a supportive noncompetitive atmosphere. No experience is needed!
