Kopan is a Japanese traditional hot noodle specified as a Tonkotsu Ramen. A robustly rich and cloud-like creamy broth highlighting the hearty and savory pork! Our full-flavored Tonkotsu broth is the product of drawing flavor from pork for 16 hours over a searing flame for that full-bodied flavor that plays center stage in that which is Kopan. It traditionally has a thick broth made from boiling pork bones, fat, and collagen over high heat for long hours with a hearty pork flavor and a creamy soup.
