Classes for adults and children ages 4 & up,Lil' Dragons: The Lil' Dragons Program is specially designed for kids ages 4 - 7, which offers young children a strong foundation in essential character qualities, such as courtesy, respect & discipline. In addition to learning the basics of Taekwondo, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills, enhance their ability to pay attention & follow directions. Classes are taught in a safe, positive and motivating environment.
