Our services are delivered on an intermittent basis according to a plan of care developed by our client/family, physicians, and our home care staff to maximize the well being of our clients. Our services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Home Health Aid, Social Work, and Speech Therapy.
