Light the Way was founded in 2004 by Cindy Picht and Diane Popiela. Cindy is our Clinical Director and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999. Diane is our Director of Operations and involved in non-clinical functions. In 2009 we opened an office in Fort Lee, NJ. In 2011 we opened our third location, which is in Verona, NJ. We also relocated our main office from Hawthorne, NJ to Midland Park, NJ in July 2011. We have 8 dedicated counselors on our team who have a passion for people and a motivation for clinical excellence. We continue to provide a warm, friendly, inviting environment as we work with you to break through your obstacles, addictions, and defenses to live a life that is more fulfilling in order to help you reach your full potential.
