Little Bird Craft Kitchen at Evergrain Brewing Co.

My husband and I came here on a date night and had an awesome experience! I love the outside of the building. It has water and lights and kind of makes you feel like you're not on the Carlisle Pike. We went into the Little Bird side but were directed to the brewery side to be seated. The brewery area was hopping, while the "Craft Kitchen" side was a lot quieter and more intimate. Something for everyone. Since we were on a "date" we wanted that restaurant feel and it was wonderful. We were seated at a hightop table and greeted very soon by our server, Brooks. We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat, which was a good thing in this case because everything seemed so good! Luckily Brooks was awesome at helping us narrow it down. He gave us his suggestions and his true opinions on dishes and his enthusiasm gave us confidence on our order. To start we had drinks. I love that everything at the bar is from PA. That's so cool to be able to try some local libations from all over without having to travel to each place. I had a Rose from a winery I hadn't even heard of and my husband had one of Evergrain's IPAs. Both were very good. I also tried Evergrain's Hefeweizen which was served with oranges and VERY tasty.
