Indoor cycling studio with state of the art music, light & sound system. Loco instructors are not only the top cycling instructors in Orange County but are also all knowledgable & motivating in every single class. 1st class is free go online to book your class or call the studio . Shoes are available to borrow or if you have your own our pedals are delta look & SPD compatible. Showers with all amenities are provided. All classes are 45 minutes taught with the same format by all Loco instructors, this allows you optimal success & results. All classes are ride to the beat, dance on the bike style, providing a high intensity full body workout mainly all done out of the saddle.
