Marks Building Company began as KMHI, Inc in 1989. We began as a small, residential service company, offering small scale remodeling. In 1996, as our services and demand grew the company name was changed to Marks Building Company. Today, we offer complete home remodeling services, new home design/build, and commercial services.In 2012, we completed our two story office/shop in Painesville Township. Our new offices offer a convenient meeting place for client consultations and design. The reception room and offices highlight different interior accent options and product samples.
