Marmol originally began in Alicante, Spain selling containers directly to distributors in the United States. Shortly thereafter our family business opened its headquarters in Miami, FL. From there we could service customers directly by displaying products in our local showroom and warehouse. In 1998, we branched out to provide turnkey solutions for tile and stone. Many customers not only wanted material, but installation as well. We focused on commercial applications. In this last decade we grew from a company completing projects as small as a bathroom remodel to a recognized subcontractor completing 300-room luxury hotels. Today, we continue to offer commerical turnkey solutions. We have also strengthened our place in the United States as one of the largest suppliers of Calacatta, Statuario, Carrara, and various other natural stones from Italy, Spain, Greece, and around the world.
