Dr. Douglas Birch is the owner of Maui Family Footcare. He purchased the long standing practice from Dr James Vitale in 2004. Dr. David Lee was added to the practice in 2013. Both doctors are specialists of the foot, ankle and leg and treat them medically, biomechanically, and surgically.
