Mel's Fish Shack

We'd tell you what's in our cornmeal mix that makes our fried dishes so tasty, but it's a family secret! In fact, all of our recipes are our own, and we make everything from scratch right here in our nine-seat seafood spot. We've got a lot on our menu besides just fried fish, though -- we serve healthier takes on our Louisiana dishes, too. Our staff is made up of a tight-knit crew of food lovers, and we're here in the shack serving up goodness daily.
