Memorial Tattoo was founded by Phil Colvin, an Atlanta tattoo artist that has been working in the city for over 30 years. We are one of the most versatile shops in the city of Atlanta. Feel free to bring any idea to us and we will be able to provide you with the best tattoo experience you could imagine. We offer full privacy if needed as well.
