Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, I have a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of my clients. I combine that with my clinical education and more than 18 years of experience in order to provide a thorough, soothing and effective massage. I trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therpy, Myofacial, Cupping, Hotstone, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
