Puerto Rican Food: Arroz con Gandules, Pernil, Mofongo, Pasteles, Alcapurrias, Platanos fritos, Cubano sandwich, Jibarito sandwich and more.Established in 2007.Started as Millie's Gourmet Desserts in 2007 offering wholesale flan and tres leches to restaurants. Millie's also made traditional Puerto Rican food for latin festivals in the Phoenix area as well as families throughout the year for various occasions. In 2009 Millie's Cafe began to open to the public once a week and over the years expanded to the current 5 days a week.In 2016 Millie's Cafe moved to their current location at Dobson and Baseline.
