However, just as India’s many diverse languages and cultures vary from state to state, so do our cherished traditional cuisines. ​ The manner in which cultural Indian delicacies are prepared often differ by region and household, with each version striking a different yet delightful flavor profile. Our goal at Minerva is to present our customers with a delicious taste of the wide range of cuisines India has to offer across its many culturally diverse regions.
