They replaced my wiring from the feed, replaced the meter base, re-ran the wiring through my wall to my basement panel, and connected everything in. They also noted that my house wasn't grounded, and they correctly grounded it to a rod that they put in 10 feet into the ground behind my house. They called in the inspector that needed to come and inspect everything for PPL to reconnect the feed.
