Mixed Martial Arts Underground

MMA Underground, in Crystal Lake, IL, is a training ground and fitness facility for students who want to get into the best possible physical shape. Head coach Oscar Sensei, who brings with him a long list of achievements and venerable lineages in both stand-up fighting and ground fighting, helms the center. He believes that anyone can achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, or competitive fighting readiness, if the drive to succeed is there. He fuels this drive in a spacious MMA facility, where clients have a padded floor, hanging bags and dummies. Along with kettleball and Xtreme Cage Fighter workout classes, we also offer mixed martial arts classes for all ages.
