MOROSO is Waco's first Neapolitan Wood Fired restaurant. The centerpiece of the pizzeria is a custom, handmade Neapolitan, wood fired oven weighing just over two and a half tons. The menu includes artisan, hand crafted pizza as well as other authentic Italian appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts. Grounded in tradition, high quality ingredients (some imported from Italy) and a passion for excellence, MOROSO is a local, family owned business. Reservations are available Tuesday through Thursday.
