Established in 2019. Doc started out working at restaurants as a chef or the head of the cook line for thirty years. Finally, he decided it was time to own a place of his own with his wife Rou. This is when they went on a search for a place to start their business. First, they opened up a place in Waynesboro, although working smoothly they decided it was time for a place closer to home.
