Photography is personal. It should reflect you and your family. Children jump on beds. They drag around the same stuffed animal with a missing eye everywhere they go. They hold your hand a certain way when you read to them. Families laugh. They hug. They spend time together. Some families shoot hoops, some build forts, and some cook together. No matter what your children and family do at various stages, lifestyle photography tells the story of your life. I recently asked my son which photo from our family photo session was his favorite. Without hesitation he pointed to our family hugging. He said, "This one, because you're hugging us." He's three; he gets it.
