Established in 2010.Om Maui provides an intimate space for your wellness practices in Upcountry Maui by providing a balanced variety of services that encourage increased health and wellness. Our studio is unique in that we are not just a gym or a yoga studio but a shared space where you can practice Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Barre, TRX, fitness and functional weight training. We believe that ideal health comes from a variety of experiences for the mind, body and spirit.Om Maui offers small group classes of 15 people or less. The unique benefit of small group classes is that each participant receives quality individual attention from the instructor for your safety and motivation. Besides small group classes, we also offer the advantage of exclusive attention from a Certified Personal Trainer with specialty classes, semi-private and private sessions. Our classes and private sessions are designed to accommodate each client to progress at their current level in a fun, supportive and positive atmosphere.
