Om My Yoga is for everybody and EVERY BODY! With a studio at 4407 Carlisle Pike in Camp Hill, and a new warehouse space at 614 North Front Street in Harrisburg, we host students of every age, skill level and body type. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you can be sure that each class is taught "in layers" allowing students of all levels to practice together at their own unique pace. You will never feel intimidated - but you will fee challenged, centered, relaxed and respected as you practice self care in this space of love and acceptance.
