Operation MILF

I decided to become a certified personal trainer in December 2015. I had people knocking on my door to start training them before I completed certification to things took off pretty quickly. Now, almost 2 years later I've expanded my services from one-on-one training to several group classes and even customized on-line training & nutrition programs.
