Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala

Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala is located in Dana Point, California, midway between San Diego and Los Angeles. It is the only authorized, traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Orange County with many of its students from Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, El Toro, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, San Clemente, Irvine, and Huntington Beach; some traveling as far as Seal Beach and Chino Hills.
