Having lived through China's tumultuous years in the '60s and '70s, Mr. Chang steadfastly pushes business through the down times and ensures that it thrives during the good times. Building on his own extensive travel experience throughout the world, he has developed innovative tour programs to various destinations. Mr. Chang treasures a close relationship with consumers and travel agents. His philosophy is: "Putting principles ahead of profits." Majoring in the English language and linguistics, Mr. Chang was trained to be a teacher."
