Papa Joe's Humble Kitchen

237 South St
Milford, NH 3055

An American Restaurant in Milford NH

For more than 15 years we have been providing folks in Southern New Hampshire with the finest quality prepared "heat and eat" meals. For 10 years, as Humble Pie, we have been dedicated to delivering consistent quality, great taste and ease of serving. And now, as Papa Joe's Humble Kitchen, we have moved to our very own building, and added great burgers, fries, and ice cream to our menu! Our Humble Take Home, Heat & Eat meals are made fresh, from scratch, every morning in our kitchen, packaged and labeled, and put in our refrigerators, where you just pick out what you want for lunch or dinner, and take it home to heat & eat. A home cooked meal, just like your mom would make, only prepared by us! At Papa Joe's we make our burgers from fresh ground beef, purchased EVERY morning, scooped, and grilled with our special seasonings. Our burgers all have their own name and most are named after the wonderful people who helped make Papa Joe's (and its new location) possible. From "The Humble Ken", a traditional burger named after a very special friend, (who happens to like his burgers humble with nothing on them), to "The Matt" (our builder) one of our most popular burgers, and "The Spartan", for our MHS Spartan Basketball State Champs (always half price for MHS students!!). We also serve traditional Canadian "Poutine" french fries topped with Cheese Curds and our own gravy. And don't forget the Fried Pickles! In our first two years in the new location, Papa Joe's has been voted Souhegan Valleys #1 Takeout (2010 & 2011) AND we were featured on NH Chronicle. So you see, Papa Joe's Humble Kitchen is making a name of its own, give us a try, check us out for lunch or dinner today! Don't forget that Friday is "Fish Fry Day" were we have fresh Fish & Chips, Fried Clams & more!!! Chef Joe ("Papa Joe") has been a chef for almost 30 years. From the Ashworth Hotel in Hampton Beach, to the Hilton Hotel, to Corporate Chef for LPM Holdings, where he oversaw 60 Digital, Sanders, and other corporate cafeterias. He even did special caterings for the Boston Pops and Tanglewood! As for more recently? He became owner of The Milford Fish Market from 1995-1999, and opened Humble Pie in 1999. He and his wife, Marcelle, son Travis, and daughter Kelsey, make Papa Joe's Humble Kitchen a true family business!!!
