Established in 2016.In September of 1988, Jay Elowsky, his Mom (Jean) and Dad (Lowell) opened up Pasta Jay's in Boulder, Colorado at 9th and Pearl with their family recipes passed down for generations. Now almost three decades later - besides the Boulder eatery there are Pasta Jay's locations in Moab, Utah, and the most recent opened in Hays in September of 2016.
