Physio Elements

Nara is the founder and director of PhysioElements Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University and Masters of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University. She is a certified specialist of orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Board of Specialties.
