You could say our story started when we were kids -- just two brothers playing amongst the cooks in our family's restaurants. We'd always been intrigued by the tastes and aromas of the old country, and in 2011, we opened Pita Press to bring these same Greek traditions to Manhattan's Financial District in an all-new way. Our mission is to create honest, simply made Mediterranean fare with authentic flavor. Only the freshest of ingredients are used, both locally sourced and flown in from Greece, to create dishes like traditional sliced meats on freshly baked pita, mouthwatering pastries, fresh salads, and homemade spanakopita.
