1975 was the year. Everything began in Los Mochis, Sinaloa with the opening of a small restaurant with a unique marinade recipe and a very particular grill technique. Both exclusive elements created the best grilled chicken ever, tender and flavorful. The whole town made of this chicken its favorite and top of mind choice. The first restaurant was so successful that growth was inevitable.
