Our endodontists, dentists who have received additional training to specialize in endodontic treatment, perform root canals, retreatments of a root canals, and apicoectomies (a surgery on the roots of a tooth). The primary goal of an endodontist, a root canal specialist, is to relieve dental pain by treating the dental infection and saving a patient's tooth.
